
Andrew Provencher

Andrew Provencher, Principal, executes strategic advocacy and development plans for business, political, and non-profit clients. From coalition building to helping clients navigate the local town development process, Andrew works to create a clear path to success.
Andrew has worked in various capacities for business and political campaigns both nationally and across the State of New Hampshire. He previously served as Legislative Aide for the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
During the 2024 election cycle, Andrew served as a director of Live Free NH, a PAC which supported the election of Governor Kelly Ayotte.
In the non-profit sector, Andrew has worked in communications and fund development for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Manchester. Andrew was previously appointed and served as a member of the Manchester Highway Commission and currently serves on the NH Tech Alliance Government Affairs Committee. He was named Union Leader’s 40 Under 40 in 2025.
Andrew graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Political Science. In his free time, he spends time with his family and coaches high school football.
Tom DeRosa

Tom DeRosa, Principal, is a veteran of several high-profile campaigns. Most recently, during the 2024 election cycle, Tom served as a key policy advisor to Kelly Ayotte and her successful Gubernatorial candidacy, and he previously served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for the 2016 US Senate re-election effort.
As a registered lobbyist, Tom helps advocate for his client’s interests in the State House and works to navigate clients through the legislative process.
Tom has focused on a broad portfolio of issues, including small business and manufacturing, education, healthcare policy, housing, homelessness, and energy policy in the state.
Tom serves on the Governor’s Commission on the Humane Treatment of Animals and is a past board member for 3S Artspace and ARTS4NH.
Tom is a graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester and enjoys spending time with his family more often than not on the sideline of a sporting event for one of his boys.
Tyler Clark

Tyler Clark, VP of Government & Public Relations, has over a decade of success with lobbying and political campaigns. Tyler is a trusted advisor to corporations, nonprofits, trade associations and elected officials.
As a political consultant, Tyler was the Northeast Political Director for Ambassador Nikki Haley’s Presidential campaign and oversaw her political operations in the states of New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont, a state that he secured a four point Super Tuesday victory.
Prior to joining Team Haley, Tyler was the NH State Director for Trust in the Mission (TIM) PAC, supporting U.S. Senator Tim Scott’s presidential campaign.
Tyler’s clients include multiple members of the New Hampshire Executive Council, State Senate, House of Representatives, and County offices.
Tyler navigates clients through the entire government affairs landscape – seamlessly handling all functions including creating and implementing lobbying strategies, drafting and presenting testimony, monitoring legislation, building and maintaining relationships with Legislative leadership, and serving as clients’ main liaison to state government. Tyler is known for his winning floor strategies and forming collaborative relationships and coalitions.
Tyler is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Political Science and lives in Southern New Hampshire with his young family. If he’s not at his own children’s sporting events or perfecting his lawn, you can find him competing in disc golf tournaments across the region.
